All purchases are processed securely through my suppliers’ platforms (Fine Art America, Le Galeriste, Etsy, or Zazzle). Dream Views never collects or stores your credit card or payment details. The supplier’s checkout system will handle your transaction, and you’ll receive confirmation directly from them. Prices listed on Dream Views match the supplier’s prices — there’s no markup.
Products are printed or made-to-order by my suppliers and shipped directly from them. Processing times vary but usually take a few business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Some suppliers ship worldwide, while others focus on Canada and the United States. Once shipped, you’ll get tracking details directly from the supplier.
Because orders are completed on supplier sites, their return policies apply:
Fine Art America: 30-day money-back guarantee.
Zazzle: Satisfaction guarantee, with returns allowed within 30 days.
Le Galeriste: No returns unless the item is defective (as everything is custom-made).
Etsy: Policies vary by shop; my Etsy shop’s return terms are posted on my store page.

Quality checks are part of the production process, and many suppliers back their products with guarantees. If you ever receive something that doesn’t meet expectations, please contact me right away so I can help make it right.
To keep your products looking their best:
Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low (or hang to dry) to protect prints and fabric.
Stationery & Prints: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Bedding & Home Décor: Follow the care instructions provided by the supplier (usually included with the product).
Framed Art & Canvas: Avoid direct sunlight and clean gently with a dry cloth.
